Currently, we are seeking high energy Technical Trainers to join our team. As an instructor and mentor your goal will be to help our students achieve success.
In addition to delivering high impact training our instructors assist with assessing client needs and designing customized training solutions. The instructor will deliver training at our Miami and Plantation locations as well as at client location around South Florida.

Requirements for Infrastructure Trainer
Qualified candidates SHOULD possess:
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years teaching experience as an MCT
Ability to quickly learn and clearly convey technical information and certification requirements
- MCSE in Windows Server 2003 & / or MCITP SA or MCITP EA in Windows Server 2008
- MCDBA or MCITP in SQL
- CCNP or CCVP in Cisco
- Knowledge of VMware as demonstrated by obtaining either the VMware certified Professional (VCP) 3 or 4 OR the VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX)
In addition, well qualified candidates will posses additional knowledge and certifications in the following areas:
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Exchange
- Knowledge of Java and Oracle
- Knowledge of Citrix
- Familiar with management framework such as ITIL or MSF
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SSCP, ISSAP, ISSMP, ISSEP

Requirements for Developer Trainer
Qualified candidates MUST possess:
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years teaching experience as an MCT
- At least 2 of the Microsoft Developer credentials indicated below
Ability to quickly learn and clearly convey technical information and certification requirements
- MCAD
- MCSD
- MCPD in either VS 2005 OR 2008
In addition, well qualified candidates will posses additional knowledge and certifications in the following areas:
- MCDBA or MCITP in SQL
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Exchange
- Knowledge of Java and Oracle
- Familiar with management framework such as ITIL or MSF
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SSCP, ISSAP, ISSMP, ISSEP
